Training Needs Assessments
ATC Training has developed a web-enabled database system that can be used by clients for Training Needs Analysis, as well as Post-course Assessments. This system can help clients efficiently focus their training onto the specific areas of needs. The system can then be used after the training to measure its success in skill development. As the system is web-enabled, clients can access their chosen TNA 24 hours per day, from anywhere in the world, as long as they have access to an internet connection, and a web browser such as Internet Explorer. The TNA data is consolidated in our secure database, and reports can be provided to assist in the targeting of training. We have developed TNA’s for our most popular computer training courses, and can efficiently develop and deploy customised TNA’s for clients if this is required.
